Annalise first entered the publishing industry in 2019, and never looked back. After graduating in 2021 with a B.A. in Creative Writing with a double minor in Literature and Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies, she joined Team Ladderbird as an agent devoted to uplifting stories by authors with marginalized voices and intersectional identities.

After four years of agenting, Annalise moved to the position of In-House Editor to focus her passion of editorial work. When she isn’t editing, Annalise spends her time snuggling her cats, drinking coffee, and reading.
